Abstract. Professor Rawer’s professional ethics allowed him to create an excellent institute with co-workers forming a successful team with creative individuals. Showing myself as an example, this paper demonstrates his guidance, his care, and his ability to create independent thinking in the areas of equipment development and the analysis of data produced by this equipment.
